Foundation Program

A 12-week coaching program that will teach you the building blocks of excellent kettlebell technique. Build powerful strength and a calm confidence in your physical abilities.- 3 x Per Week Training Program

- Progression System PDF and 'Strength Secrets' document
This program is based on a proven kettlebell system used by elite athletes and special forces. Now you can learn these same principles to unlock new levels of strength and conditioning.

Tailored Coaching Sessions

Book a one-off 60 minute coaching session. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and can be delivered on-line or within the Amsterdam area.- Refine your technique
- Develop strength and conditioning
- Support on 'levelling up' between kettlebells
